Iran Launches Missiles Towards Jordan's Aqaba

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recorded missile launches from Iran towards the city of Aqaba in Jordan. The IDF press service announced that an air raid alert might be declared in the southern part of the country due to the detected missile launches. Residents were advised to take shelter in a safe place if sirens were activated and remain there until further notice.

The Jordanian army reported intercepting three missiles launched from Iran, as reported by Ynet. Fragments of the destroyed projectiles fell in the Eilat area. Flights at Ramon Airport were delayed, and American tanker aircraft were evacuated from the air hub, according to TV channel «Kan 13».
