Iran Reports US Attack on Industrial Facility in Khomeyn

Iran has reported that the United States armed forces attacked an industrial enterprise in the city of Khomeyn. Hassan Kamari, Deputy Head of the Political Department and Security Service of the Central Province, confirmed this in an interview with Mizan.

The attack occurred around 7 PM local time. According to the agency's source, there are no reports of wounded or dead. An expert investigation is underway at the strike site to assess the scale of the incident and the extent of potential damage.

Iran and the US have been exchanging strikes since July 8. At that time, the American side stated that Iran violated a truce by striking three oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. US forces then struck Iranian territory, to which Iran responded by attacking American military bases in Kuwait and Bahrain. On July 18, Iran struck US facilities in Jordan, resulting in the deaths of US military personnel. The Washington Post reported that following this incident, the US plans to expand military operations against the republic.
